on aug. 16, xie changjun, general manager of longyuan power met a visiting group headed by liu ping, secretary of jianchuan county party committee，and li jing，mayor of jianchuan county. they conducted a friendly negotiation on accelerating wind power generation in the county. jia nansong, secretary of board of directors was present at the meeting.
xie changjun, general manager of longyuan power, gave his thanks to jianchuan county party committee and government for their support to longyuan power. he noted that it is challenging to build a wind power plant in jianchuan county, which is situated in high altitude region. he said that longyuan power will give full play to its technology advantages in wind power generation by carrying out feasibility research as soon as possible and trying hard to commencing the wind power project in jianchuan county soon.
liu ping expressed his thanks to longyuan power for its support to the local economy of his county. he said that jianchuan county is rich in wind power resources and their government attaches much importance to the development of wind power industry. according to liu ping, jianchuan county will do what they can to support the wind power project to be carried out by longyuan power and cooperate with longyuan power for application. he hopes that longyuan power can step up the proposed project and try to start the construction as early as possible.
