on feb. 28th, xie changjun, general manager of the company made a themed report on 2010 operations and management of the company to the supervisory board. kpmg and rsm china cpas delivered an audit report on china longyuan power. the leader group of the company also attended the report meeting.
the supervisory board implemented a detailed check of the company’s operating accounts, cost and fund management. they said that the company had complete audit document and financial materials. meanwhile the audit of the company by the third party is strict and legal.
