on july 27, the oil monitoring center of longyuan (beijing) wind power engineering technology co., ltd. (hereafter referred to as “the center”) attained the accreditation from the authorized china national accreditation service for conformity assessment (cnas). the period of validity of the certificate is four years. the center thus becomes the first of its kind to be accredited by the cnas in the wind power sector of the country.
the cnas is the most authoritative national accreditation body. its establishment is approved by the certification and accreditation administration of the prc (cnaca). authorized by the cnaca, the cnas is responsible for recognizing the qualifications of the relevant institutions, including the certification bodies, laboratories and inspection bodies.
thanks to the concerted efforts of the staff in the past one year and more, the center was finally given the accreditation by the cnas on july 27 after going through a series of strict examination procedures, including the internal audit and management assessment of the quality system operation, document review by the cnas, site assessment and the assessment by the cnas. this means that the center is provided with the nationally recognized oil monitoring capability and management level and, at the same time, it also means that the data created by the center will be accepted by the international laboratory accreditation cooperation (ilac).
serving as an important technical support for the new energy development of longyuan power, the center will provide reliable oil monitoring services and lubrication technical support for the safe operation of wind turbines in the corporation, conduct failure prediction for equipment wear and tear, and offer a guidance for the maintenance and lubrication management of the wind power station.
