from june 17 to 19, symposium on “the ten major projects” of the company’s safety production was successfully held in nantong, jiangsu. at the meeting, the research outline of “the ten major projects” was discussed and reviewed. the meeting made clear the following issues: the research direction of each project, methodology, member of each project team, host units and co-organizers, personnel’s duties and work schedule. mr. fei zhi, deputy general manager of the company attended the meeting and delivered a speech. besides major duty leaders from the company’s department of safety production, zhong neng power-tech, fulin company, beijing zhongneng lianchuang wind power technology co.,ltd, major duty leaders of safety production of xinjiang tianfeng, jiangsu longyuan, gansu jieyuan,jilin longyuan, shenyang longyuan and yichun xin’anling attended this meeting too.
“the ten major projects” of the company’s safety production are the important measures to implement the company’s yearly work meeting. in view of the company’s actual conditions of safety production，it tries to work out the solutions to the existing key and difficult problems in the production system so that it may exert important functions of promoting the company’s management level of safety production. “the ten major projects” are as follows: verification of wind turbine’s power curve, optimization of the wind turbine generators’ operation, research on the management of wind power status check and maintenance and research on the management of and so on. the projects cover the management of wind power operation, the management of check and maintenance and technological problems.
at the meeting, the representatives thoroughly exchanged ideas and discussed relevant issues on each project. they put forward many suggestions. in the end, mr. fei zhi made a summary and made three requirements: firstly, all the units should pay close attention to the projects, cooperate with each other, work together and share benefits. secondly, the management and organization of the projects should be fortified and the duty should be affixed to the individual so that tasks can be accomplished in time. lastly, the research of the projects should be closely combined with the practice and it should be overall and highly feasible. the achievements of the research should be really able to serve the production and promote the management of the company’s safety production to a higher level.（by chen shaojiang & zhang dongping）
