from aug. 6-8, 2010, the joint inspection team of the state electricity regulatory commission and the ministry of housing and urban-rural development inspected the implementation of the compulsory provisions of engineering construction standards of kangping zhangjiayao wind power project of the longyuan(shenyang)company.
based on the analysis of the self-checking report and in accordance with the inspection outline, the inspection team focused on the publicity and implementation of the compulsory provisions and on the test and check of equipment materials, construction management, quality assurance, supervision and so on.
the inspection team gave full recognition of the work of longyuan(shenyang) company on the implementation of the compulsory provisions in the engineering construction of the wind power project. in addition, the team also stated that the company should study the significance of the implementation of the compulsory provisions by electric power enterprises. it required that each spot-check unit must prepare measures according to the improvement suggestions proposed by the experts to carry out the above-mentioned measures. meanwhile, each unit was supposed to give a deep analysis of the work and learn by analogy so that they can find the fundamental gaps and defects in the work and improve the overall level of safety management.
longyuan(shenyang) company will take this opportunity and prepare in time relevant improvement plans concerning the issues and suggestions proposed by the experts. it will further stress the work of self-check of the engineering project and spare no effort to create the excellent project of guodian longyuan.( ma xiaoyu)
