from oct. 31 to nov. 1, china longyuan power held the first training program on archive management at its headquarter.
this program included courses of document management, whole process management of the archives of infrastructural construction project, composition of scientific and technical archives and informatization of archives. the courses were designed in accordance with the overall level of the company’s archive management and its features of archive classification. they were strongly responding to the work and can be used as guidance in practice.
the duty leader of the company said that taking the first training program on archive management as the starting point, the company will make the work in the system more integrated, systematic, standard as well as enhance its level of informatization. at present, works at the company’s headquarter including archive management, informatization and confidentiality were being promoted steadily and the company’s level of modern management has been further improved.
the company required that several aspects including the improvement of system building, fortification of talent training and the strict control of archive management process so as to wholly increase the level of archive management.
it is said that the company intends to strengthen its patrol inspection and guidance of the archive management in the system. meanwhile, it is to urge its affiliated units to substantially promote the archive management.
participants of the program included more than 50 full time or part time archive clerks from each department and units affiliated to the company.
a symposium on archive management was also held during the holding of this program.
