on nov. 10, the 49.3 mw cdm project of liaoning faku ci’ersi wind farm of had passed the review of the un eb and been successfully registered.
after its approval by the ndrc on july 28, 2009, the company signed the procurement contract on this project with essent, an electricity trading company. on dec. 10, 2009, it obtained the official reply of the ndrc and was presented to be reviewed by the un eb on march 11, 2010.
