from nov. 26 to dec. 1, china longyuan power held the second training program for the young and middle-aged cadres in beijing. fifty one young and middle-aged cadres of the company attended it. huang qun, secretary of party leadership group and deputy gm of the company, also attended it and made an important speech. tian shicun, inspector of the company also participated in the graduation symposium.
in his speech, he said, “it is an important part of the implementation of the company’s strategy of building enterprise through talents as well as the strategic demand of the company to grow continuously. the company held the program each year which had effectively enhanced the comprehensive quality and management level of the young and middle-aged cadres, increased leading cadres’ ability to shoulder their responsibilities and their execution capacity, and provided talents guarantee for the company. at present, it is imperative to carefully study and understand the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the seventeenth cpc central committee, intensify our sense of the scientific outlook on development, further liberate our thinking, commit ourselves to the undertaking, continue to create a new situation of sound and fast development of the company.”
this program includes some courses, such as cultivation of party spirit and striving for excellence, analysis of organizational behaviors and organizational execution, occupational ability possessed by a manager, financial management of a manager, innovative thinking and cultivation of ability as well as the presentation of the company’s management system.
through the training, the young and middle-aged cadres of each unit of the corporate system widened their view, grasped more knowledge and methods of enterprise management, deepened their understanding and thinking on modern enterprise management. as a result, the training achieved its desired targets.
